One price per company
Your bill does not grow with the team inside the agent limit of your plan. Most platforms charge for every seat.
Voice billed separately
Built-in telephony is charged separately (numbers and minutes) once it launches, on top of your plan.
Your price is locked
The price you sign up at stays yours while your subscription is active.
Pricing FAQ
Do I need a card for the trial?
Yes. A card is required so every feature is unlocked from the start. We only charge on day 31 - we remind you three days before, and you can cancel in one click.
What happens after 30 days?
You continue on the plan you picked. There is no free-forever plan; if you do not continue, the account becomes read-only and your data stays available.
How does AI billing work?
RolChat runs on your own AI provider and keys, so you pay usage directly to that provider - typically fractions of a cent per answer. Nothing for AI is added to your RolChat invoice. The AI cost calculator works it out on your own volume, for written and spoken answers alike.
Can you move us from another platform?
Yes. Pay yearly on Standard or above and we migrate you from your current chat, helpdesk or CRM within one business day, at no extra cost.
What about phone calls?
Telephony launches later this year. Numbers and minutes are billed separately from your plan when it does.
Can I add more agents, sites or storage?
Yes, from Standard upwards: $5 a month per extra agent, $10 per extra site and $5 for 10 GB more. On Lite the answer to any limit is the next plan.
