Tools for support teams

Calculators for the money questions a support team has to answer before it can change anything. Free, no sign-up, and every price in them is published by the provider rather than by us.

What a support cost calculator is good for

Support budgets tend to break in two places. Per-seat pricing is the first: a help desk that looks affordable today costs three times as much after a hiring round, and nobody notices until renewal. AI billed per resolved conversation is the second, because that invoice grows with your traffic rather than with your team.

Our calculator works on the AI side of that bill. Published token prices from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Qwen, MiniMax and xAI, your own volume, arithmetic done in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere and there is no email gate in front of the answer.

Run it before you shortlist vendors. A quote that reads fine at 500 conversations a month can look very different at 5,000, and per-resolution pricing is where that gap opens fastest.

The prices come from the same model registry the product reads. It is not a promotional figure either: you connect your own key and the provider bills you directly, so the estimate is what their invoice will say.

More calculators will land here as we build them. If there is a support cost question you keep rebuilding in a spreadsheet, tell us and it becomes a candidate.

About these tools

Do I need an account?

No. The calculators run in your browser, ask for no email address and store nothing.

Where do the prices come from?

From the providers' own published price lists, kept in the registry the product reads. Providers change them, so read the output as today's arithmetic rather than a quote.

Do the numbers assume I use RolChat?

Only the comparison row does. What the models themselves cost is what you would pay any provider on your own key, with us or without us.

Open the calculator, put in your monthly conversations, and read the two columns side by side.
