This is a bring your own key integration: you connect your own Deepgram account, and RolChat sends the voice tasks you assign to it. Nothing is resold and nothing is locked in - your key, your usage, your data.
Deepgram covers transcription, playback and full voice agents, and it splits several of them into monolingual and multilingual versions - a distinction that matters if your queue is not in one language.

The monolingual and multilingual models are priced separately, so a desk that answers in one language does not pay for coverage it never uses. The same split runs through the voice agent models.
Deepgram ships no text models, so reply drafts, tagging and translation stay with your connected LLM provider. Both are assigned task by task in the same AI settings.

Do I need my own Deepgram account?
Yes. RolChat connects with your own Deepgram API key, so usage is billed to your account at Deepgram's published rates.
Should I pick the monolingual or multilingual model?
That depends on your queue. The monolingual models cost less per minute; the multilingual ones handle audio that is not all in the same language. Both rates are in the table.
Can Deepgram write reply drafts?
No. The Deepgram models in the registry are voice only. Drafting stays with your connected text provider.
